Job Description

Location:- Bangalore The Team Member is to manage the entire inventory of Products, Non RM ( Packing material, cleaning equipment etc). The Team member is to ensure that the right amount of products have been delivered by PC. There is documentation for all the products coming and going out. The Team Member is able to analyse the data of the product flow (FEFO). The Team Member is to keep a record of all the inventory (FG, NON RM) The Team Member manages all the Delivery Executives and Packing Associates in the hub. The Team member ensures that his team is well groomed and always punctual to work. The Team Member schedules the roster for the week and updates it on the system. The Team Member is to be well groomed at all times. The Team Member knows how to operate and manage all the various software's and software applications that are required for the job like OMS, POS, Locus, Alexia, Microsoft office, Emails etc The Team Member is accountable for the sales cash management. The Team Member is to collect the Sales cash from the Delivery Executive and also accountable for the Mswipe transactions. The Team Member is to hand over all the Sales Cash to the Finance team periodically. The Team Member is also responsible for the Petty cash management for the Hub. The Team Member is to look after all the assets in the hubs like the Delivery Bags, M swipe Machines etc. The Team member is to ensure that all the assets are in good condition. The Hub Manager ensures that all his team member are being utilised to the optimum capacity. He ensures that there is no SLA Breach (other than bad weather/unforeseen circumstances). The Team Member is responsible for the FEFO gap. Key Skills Behavioural: Communication Skills- The Team Member should be able to communicate in a polite and respectful manner to his team, supervisors and customers. Planning-The Team Member is able to organize and manage complex nature or involving competing priorities, to produce work products and results that are accurate, thorough and on time. The Team member is able to effectively coordinate activities, services and schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operation of work in a proactive manner. Stakeholder Management- The Team Member is to be able to work and co-ordinate the expectations and the work between the business and stakeholders Technical: Computer Skills- The Team Member is to update and maintain various trackers and has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Inventory Management- Sets basic stock levels. Understands and applies re-order system, fixed re-order point and fixed re-order level. Team Management Skills- The Team Member is to be able to lead his team in achieving the business goals. The Team Member is to monitor his teams performance and reward and encourage accordingly. Education:- Min 12th - Experience 3-4 years
