The person will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India. Part of the development team, he/she will work on the full life cycle of the process, develop code and unit testing. He/she will work closely with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Additionally, the person will ensure that all development practices are in compliance with KPMG’s best practices policies and procedures. This role requires quick ramp up on new technologies whenever required.

Job Title – Tableau Architect

Location : Bangalore

Skills Required – Tableau Solutions, Architectures, Advanced SQL, Tableau and Implementation

Job Description:

• Experience in end-to-end data analytics strategy, design and architecture for Tableau, SQL (Oracle SQL preferred), and Snowflake
• Design and build interactive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data stories to stakeholders.
• Utilize Tableau's advanced features, such as calculated fields, parameters, and custom visualizations, to create insightful and visually appealing dashboards.
• Should be comfortable with creating complex calculations in Tableau (at least 5 years of experience)
• Strong understanding of ELT/ETL and integration concepts and design best practices.
• Excellent SQL skills including thorough knowledge on Window functions (at least 7 years of experience)
• Ability to find root cause analysis for the reports
• Should be a self-starter and Handle multiple projects in parallel
• Experience in Design and implementation of Data Platform projects in a large-scale enterprise data warehouse environment and at least 2 Successful implementation Tableau with Snowflake is must.
• Technical reviews, Data validation & end to end testing of Tableau reports
• Understand business requirements and convert them into detail technical specifications for Data models and ETL programs
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
• Experience in working on migrating data from on-premise databases and files to Snowflake
• Primary Skillset: Tableau, Oracle, Advanced SQL, Solutioning
