We would like to hire a Marketing Executive with the following requirements: should have 3+ years experience overseeing and developing marketing campaigns both online and offline to grow sales for our dine-in restaurants, online delivery partners, and food truck/events maintaining websites and keeping track of data analytics organizing the participation at events across Bangalore updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system to run a successful Loyalty Programme coordinating with HR and other teams for internal marketing and organization’s culture monitoring performance across all platforms (social, restaurants dine-in & delivery, events, etc.) responding to reviews and comments online (google, zomato, social media) managing customer service telephone and whatsapp messages managing campaigns on social media with our out-of-house marketing agency working with social media influencers to promote our brand finding new opportunities online and offline to promote our brand be in contact with external vendors like printers, merchandise suppliers, etc. to get quotations and finalize deals for design-related materials. developing our brand's YouTube presence working with photographers and videographers to create fresh content for our brand archive and organize data and marketing materials added benefit: photoshop and basic graphic design skills
