Job Title: Head Of the Department Job Description :  Design and develop excellent online learning content that is compatible with the School’s online learning platform.  Create high quality suite of e-learning materials to suit online and blended learning methodologies  Provide advice and recommendations to training staff with regard to the integration of e-learning  Participate in working groups associated with education and training when required  Develop e-learning and other resources and provide training to support the effective use of materials  Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), research institutions, and others.  Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.  Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS.  Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials  Test and review created materials  Develops Application Training specific to instructional content for web-based training materials.  Reviews and tests new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new curriculum or program ideas.  Develops and implements plans that address accessibility in online instruction. This includes compliance with federal regulations, support and training for faculty in designing accessible course Head Of The Department Job Description & Responsibilites materials, problem-solving to address accommodation requests from students or faculty and adaptation of course materials.  Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions.  Functions on curriculum teams and independently in the design, development, and testing of instructional materials.  Reviews and tests new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new curriculum or program ideas.  Ability to do Screen Presenting. Skills and Requirements: industry or a technology department. Two or more year’s solid experience in a functional training role with emphasis on technology and business process training development and design.  Experience in Content writing related to subjects  Have Knowledge or working Experience with e-learning and blended learning programs, webbased training development, and asynchronous learning content.  Have Knowledge on e-Learning principles and practices  Good Knowledge in Current and emerging educational technology  Proven track record in developing original and innovative technical and related process training programs, workshops and demonstrations; experience developing instructor-led training materials and self-paced learning content.  Foundation knowledge and understanding of learning theory and instructional design techniques.  Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum development, editing, Content writing and communication.  Complete fluency in English required. Other language skills welcome, but not required.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint, particularly as used in the development of instructional content.  Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
