Specific Responsibilities: • Build a database of prospective customers and reach out to them to onboard them onto our platform. • Provide personalized and consultative services to customers during profiling and meetings to ensure their needs and preferences are met. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing a full range of matrimony portfolio management services. In short, do everything you can to ensure potential brides and grooms find an ideal partner through our process. Job Requirements: • Women passionate about customer support in the hospitality, aviation, or travel industries. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a customer support executive. • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a diverse range of people. • A natural extrovert with excellent speaking skills and a friendly demeanor. • Demonstrates a mature and diligent approach to work, with a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of customers.
