Company name : Medtronics (MDT Labs) RESPONSIBILITIES: • conduct target no. of screenings through Point of Care Device like glucometer, weighing scale, blood pressure monitor device to identify high risk diabetic and/or hypertensive patients. • Must take the precise readings of all the vitals through the devices. • close understanding of the communities. • door-to-door/in camp screening. • counselling and patient enrollment for the PRERNA program. • Must focus on achieving the screening and enrollment numbers. • home visits and follow-up through phone calls. • close coordination with the coordinator • Maintaining screening database REQUIREMENT: • Freshers or less than 3 years of experience • Kannada and Basic English language is a must (Tamil and Telugu are an added advantage) • Must have his/her 2Wheeler. • Requires ability to work independently under general direction • Must be able to take precise notes • Must have interpersonal skills in dealing with the public/community people • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Must be able to speak and talk to others to convey information effectively
