Job Description
• Invoice submission Acknowledgement upload in Blue tree Portal. • Coordinate with Branches and Weekly operation WBR report submission by Every Friday EOD. • Imprest expenses management for SBU (BN,PE,BC, BS, BI), Petty cash Balance confirmation, Expense Provision for the SBU. • On time vendor Invoice Booking, Client Additional Service Invoice generations, and Vendor payment, procurement of materials for site (BN,PE,BC, BS, BI). • Co-ordination with ARM's for Customer survey report, quality audit closing points Consolidating the region report. • Coordinating with CCM, IT support for ERP updating (Work Flow ticket raising to SSC). • Data Management, support day to day operations for the site specific requirements regarding Work flow tickets. • Preparing MIS/MMR report for region with coordination with Branch heads. • Coordination with branch heads Preparing Region Consolidate report of revenue and DSO. • MS Office Moderate Knowledge must.
