Role :- Network Engineer Level:- L3 Certification required :- CCNA & CCNP (Both) Skill Set required:- hands on experience on Cisco Switches, routers, Access Points, WLC’s, VLAN and other network component management. Job Description:- Detailed JD L3 – 1) Handling complex issues which are not resolved by L1 and L2 engineers 2) Manage the team with attendance and leaves 3) Guiding and coaching the team whenever required 4) Assign tasks to L1 Engineers to attend Desktop and Laptop cases for minor troubleshooting 5) Handle user escalation Provide immediate workaround for P1 issues and do a follow up with concern vendors for permanent fix 6) Attend daily meetings and conference calls with latest updates on ground 7) Monitor Service desk tickets, reassign the tickets to suitable engineers based on the priority, and maintain agreed terms (any ticket should not in Open status for more than 4 days) to solve the issues.
