BSc Nursing with 5 years of ICU experience, some training experince, escalation management experience, patient relationship management experince, good communication skills & good network of GNM / ANM Nurses. Would be responsible for providing operational & clinical support for managing 15-30 + ANM / GNM Nurses including preparing duty rooster / attendance & overlooking employee wellness. Visit patient, assess their condition & prepare Nursing Care Plan for Home Nursing, shortlist & deploy nursing staff according to the requirement. Prepare care plan, moniter, collate & maintain all related documents / casefiles (Procedure / Drug Chart / Inventory Chart other QC documents). Report all clinical documents & issues to the Medical Advisor / In House Doctor. Be the first point of contact & represent the organisation before clients / patients, handle patient relationship management , visit / call patients for service & quality feedback. Be the 1st point of contact (Level 1)for all Clinical / Service related escalations & issues. Conduct training, (upskilling & Softskill training) for all newly inducted nurses. Keep a track of payments & overlook regular / weekly collections with prompt reporting to Accounts / Operations Manager.
