Job Description
Facility Management • Ensuring facility team, maintenance team resolves the maintenance issues on daily basis, monitoring electrical consumption of all locations on daily basis, ensure that equipment are serviced regularly on maintenance day and as an when the issues arise. • Managing Facilities with planning of day to day maintenance activities and utilizing the resources for the appropriate result. • Tracking and Monitoring Hygiene Standards across all the locations. • Managed upkeep for UPS, DG Set, Firefighting system, data center, chillers, LT panels, and capacitor banks. Cafeteria Management • Managed daily operations of the office cafeteria in line with company guidelines to ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations. Safety Management: • Ensured security of employees, company assets and premises; by effectively keeping a tab on security measures and visitor management. Planning and Execution of Services • Air conditioning, water supply (mineral water supply), Tracking electricity consumptions (Taking appropriate call for the minimizing of Bills.), Access control, UPS, Music Systems, Valet , Stationary, CCTV and other IT Services. • Tracking ad monitoring stock and consumption across facilities
