Our company is looking for knowledgeable & responsible paraplanners to join our team who will be responsible for providing financial guidance to our high-net-worth clients in order to help them accomplish their financial goals & educate them about their financial objectives and risk tolerance and then recommend an appropriate financial planning strategy. Your Roles & Responsibilities will include - Explaining the pros and cons of various investment strategies, answering all finance-related questions, and addressing clients’ concerns. - Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives. - Developing financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term and short-term financial goals. - Contacting clients regularly to discover changes in their financial lives and update their portfolios - Soliciting new clients through referrals and other business development activities - Communicating openly, consistently, and honestly with clients and always keeping them informed about changes to your investment strategy. - Completing and submitting investment-related documents, including applications and withdrawal forms and tax proofs - Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, calls, and escalations from clients and vendors - Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible. Qualities & Skillsets we are looking for - An effective communicator with good written and verbal communication along with excellent interpersonal skills. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills along with good client-facing skills. - Self-motivated and confident with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently - Highly organized with an ability to multi-task in fast-paced customer-centric work culture. - Prior experience in providing quality advice on personal finances, mutual funds, stocks and insurance to high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
