Make outgoing calls to the potential customer to schedule high quality leads for sales 2.Identify customer needs clarify information research every issue and provide solutions /alternatives 3.Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise 4.Follow up with potential customer in timely manner if necessary 5.Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner 6.Document all the call information in CRM according to standard operating PROCEDURE 1.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets 2.Posses strong knowledge about IIWA services to identify the customer needs when qualifying them 3.Demonstrate an aptitude for sales ,be able to ask for the next meeting and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue 4.Be able to establish positive rapport and create brand awareness 5.Follow up with the internal stake holders to ensure that appropriate action has been taken care on the customer requests and complaints 6.Make reminder calls to customer and schedule appointment ensuring that the calls happen as per scheduled time 7.keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions recording details of comments inquiries and complaints 8.Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers
