Responsibilities of candidates include: 1. Supporting one or several processes including, but not limited to monitoring the quality of customer calls, secured email responses to customer queries and disputes, routing for review of open items, etc. across customer-initiated associate touch points, and customer-impacting back-office activities for regulatory and procedural compliance and/or optimal customer experience 2. Executing the assigned support processes in a timely, accurate manner in adherence to documented procedural and compliance requirements 3.
