Job Description
Role: Trainer JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • To train the new recruits on product & process/soft skills and bring them up to the expected bench mark, before they hit the floor. • Ensuring Improvement of Quality Scores of Employees • Responsible for conducting refreshers training program based on the training need analysis shared by the Transactional Quality team • Responsible for the certification of the new hire trainings at the respective center • Responsible to increase training through put for the respective batch. • Conducting Knowledge Assessment Test on timely basis. • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process. • Developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance. Hiring SPECIFICATION: • Education:- Graduate • Experience: • Experience/knowledge of Training • Minimum 2 years of experience in training in the field of soft skills and communication.
