Eligibility: -Minimum 1 year of experience as Trainer - Overall 3 years of experience in BPO industry -Experience/knowledge of Bank's products and processes. -Experience in Customer Service Training -Must Be Graduate -Male Preferable -English with South Indian Language Responsibilities of candidate includes -training new customer service employees -supporting experienced employees to improve their performance -Responsible for the certification of the new hire trainings at the respective center -build regular tests to ensure people are performing well -Teaching about work ethics -Responsible to increase training through put for the respective batch. -conducting training sessions, identifying skills gaps, and ensuring staff members stay motivated.
