- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, compliant data governance capabilities, translating regulatory needs into actionable product features, process enhancements, and policy revisions.

- Using stakeholder feedback and industry metrics, you will continuously refine these capabilities to ensure they align with evolving standards and business objectives.

- Roles & Responsibilities Roadmap Definition & Prioritization Develop and maintain product/process roadmaps for various data governance themes (e.g., data classification, metadata management, data quality, MDM, data retention).

- Regulatory Translation & Compliance Monitor new and existing regulations, translating them into actionable requirements and product features.

- Ensure data governance processes and tools remain compliant with industry and regional standards.

- Continuous Improvement & Refinement Collect stakeholder feedback, analyze performance metrics, and stay informed on industry best practices to drive iterative enhancements.

- Adjust product roadmaps and governance strategies to address emerging data challenges, technology advancements, and business priorities.
