• Developing a deep understanding of the product and its features, and staying up-to-date on product updates and releases. • Participating in product launches and other marketing activities, including writing product / service documentation, creating training materials, and delivering webinars and presentations. • Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs and assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals. • Providing technical support and guidance to customers, including answering product-related questions, demonstrating product capabilities, and helping customers troubleshoot issues. • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and working with the product team to implement changes. • Working with product development teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and requirements, and helping to shape the product roadmap. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including building relationships with potential customers and partners. • Willing to travel as and when required.
