Role Objective:- The primary focus of the role is to organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time by ensuring coordination of resources, meetings and information between various stakeholder departments viz. marketing, legal, PICQ, procurement, production, S&OP, NPD, sales etc. Key Responsibilities:- Creating and monitoring project plans, schedules and project management calendar for fulfilling project goals and objectives Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings Ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner Escalating risks on timely completion of project to relevant stakeholders and decision makers Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
