Job Summary Work closely with the content lead, business learning partners and operation teams, understand the training requirements and develop engaging content in the form of live shoot videos, animated videos, flyers, and posters. Job Description Create & develop multimedia (video, animated video, posters, flyers) content for Flipkart’s supply chain businesses. Script, storyboard, set deadlines and select optimum form of media for projects. Work independently, as well as a part of a team, to establish project deliverables. Collaborate closely with business ops, learning leads & content leads to help facilitate the creation of training content. Assess learning needs, create learning plans & implement findings in creation of learning material. Be aware of all emerging learning technologies and make recommendations about when to adopt certain systems to continue to offer best learning experience possible Job Skills & Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication skills, understanding of English grammar 1 to 3 years of experience in content development Basic knowledge of graphic design Knowledge of video shooting & editing Tools: Required – Canva, MS Office, Vyond, Articulate Preferred – Adobe premiere pro, photoshop & illustrator Preferred: Sound knowledge of video capturing & editing skills Knowledge of camera handling and setting up the pre-shoot requisites Experience of independently managing projects and managing stakeholders Experience in vendor management
