Responsible for end to end management of building & Maintenance & Repair Works Attend the client & consultant & contractors meeting regarding the status of Projects Explains the work and Study of assembly drawings to the new comers. Ensure Snag list close out handover to clients on time. Should be able to manage parts of commercial interior project. Overseeing Interior work. Undertaking surveys. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budget or timescales.
