Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Quality Control Executive to join our team. In this position, you will maintain quality standards by monitoring daily operations of audits and verifications, evaluating in-process generated data, and keeping track of the results. Good communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail and process oriented. Duties And Responsibilities 1. Track Overall Health of your project 2. Keep a track of quality standards and metrics for the current project. 3. Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon. 4. Work closely on the deadlines of the project at any cost & explore avenues of increasing the same 5. Keep raising the flags and mark deviations with every project. 6. Prepare Training Document, LOI 7. Workforce Ticket resolution 8. Plan & Conduct Weekly Training, Calibration, QC Tests planning, test execution, and issue tracking. 9. Incentive Structure for Supply - get it validated from Project owner before publishing. 10. Ensure all deliverables of Project Executive. 11. Track conversions per supply. 12. Make the QC Supply aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries in real time. 13. Engage Supply through motivating teams for achieving continuous Improvement & retention. Required Skills And Experience 1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. 6 months - 1+ years in a quality control executive or a relevant profile 3. Good excel skills 4. Good communication skills 5. Startup experience is preferred.
