Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Roles and Responsibilities:  QS & Billing  Handling Vendors /Sub Contractors billing  Measure and value the work done on site  Material Quantity Cross Check/Approval/Certification to Site Team  Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.  Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule& Reconciliation Report  Study & Analysis of Architectural, Structural & MEP AFC Drawings  Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.  Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project  Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly  Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.  Co ordinate with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers Required Skills:  Auto Cad &MS Project (Word, Excel, PP)  Residential Construction Experience  Great Communication skills Experience:  QS for Residential projects min 2 years. Language:  English(mandatory), Telugu , Tamil and Kannada .
