Preparing offer letter, employment contract, and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents Link an organization’s management with its employees Employee Performance Management Compilation & processing Tracking attendance, daily attendance data from attendance system and creating documentation for absenteeism Maintaining Employee personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels, issuing increment letters, relieving, and experience letters.
