Job Description

• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner. • Responsible for the development and maintenance of documentation and metrics to improve operational efficiency. • Proficient in Advance Excel. • Prepare various management reports using Advance Excel (such as Pivot Tables, Scenario Manager, Data Validations, Conditional Formatting, Consolidations, advance Functions like V-lookup, Lookup, Index-Match, Count if/ifs and Sum ifs etc.) • Involve in Data Manipulation tasks such SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE in Databases using Excel Tools. • Collect and integrate the data from all zones to single destination through consolidation. • Update MIS master sheet on a daily basic. • Consolidating daily Production report, Team accuracy report, Error analysis report and Quality Tracker by using Excel Function and tools. • Communicating with Business teams for the issues and clarifications. • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring hiring issues. • Design and implementation of a recruitment plan for our client with the help of Zonal managers and BDE after analyzing the data.
