Operator should have knowledge on 5s,ESD,MSD,ROHS,NONROHS criteria’s. Operator should be good in technical skills. Operator should have Experience in PCB inspection and able to identify the defects. Operator should have good debugging &SMD Rework soldering skills. Operator should know the Electronic PCB inspection standards like IPC 610D,IPC 7711. Operator should have knowledge on using multi meters & test equipment’s. Operator should have hands on experience in using jigs & fixture tools.
