About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements engineering, with experience in the automotive industry.

What you will do

1. Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document requirements for automotive systems and components.

2. Requirements Management: Manage and maintain requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.

3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and testing.

4. Analysis and Validation: Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they meet customer and regulatory needs

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in requirements engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.

2. Technical Skills:

    1. Strong understanding of requirements engineering principles and methodologies.

    2. Experience with requirements management tools, such as IBM Rational Doors or similar.

    3. Familiarity with automotive industry standards, such as ISO 26262.

3. Soft Skills:

    1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points if  You Have

1. Automotive Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and technologies.

2. Experience with Functional Safety: Experience with functional safety standards, such as ISO 26262.

3. Experience with Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
