• Supplier Development – Establish quality standards, systems and training, assess performance, conduct audits, recommend improvements • Establishment of in-house quality standards – Achieve QAD goals / targets, Ensure periodic reporting of Quality Performance, Management of SPC system • Managing and providing feedback on complaints – Handle technical complaints (Customers/Internal/Suppliers and Headquarters) provides 8D / CAPA report, NC Parts handling from NC initiation to Closure. • ISO certification and audits – Develop, Update and maintain all ISO documents. Assist MR functions, Knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO14001. • Measuring Instruments – Plan for new instruments, standards, gauges and other appropriate measuring equipment’s based on technical requirements, Handling Calibration • Hands on experience in PPAP,FMEA, Control plan, SOP, Process flow & NPD documents • Attending to line failures & ensuring execution of CAPA to overcome the failure. • Preparing MIS Reports (Weekly, Monthly Report, NC Report, Consumption Report, less production & on time delivery) and process Analysis Charts • Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities. • Plan & prepare yearly calendar for training , audit & MRM and Conducted Internal Audits and (MRM). • Maintaining all necessary quality records and document as per customer requirements. • 5S, Safety ,Quality,FIFO and Kaizen improvement in Organization by giving training to new employees, to build good team work in work place. Conducting operator audit in shop floor. • Conducting Safety audit ,Product audit& Process audit in all plant. • Handling customer Audit & corrective action for the all points to submit time to time. • PPM, incoming, in process and final inspection monitoring and Reports maintaining for all units and daily and monthly report submit to Plant head. • Preparing layout inspection& CTQ inspection reports. • Monitoring MSA(R&R), SPC ( Process capability) & PCC. • Preparing Technical Feasibility Study and Balloon drawing for all NPD Drawing. • Team leadership and supervision. Ensure EHS compliance in workplace.
