Job Description
Responsibilities: Outbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving • Call existing customers to inform, convince and sell the company's new products and services • Verifying customer details and convince customer to but the product/services • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken • Conduct customer verification tasks to authenticate the identity • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
