Candidate should be qualified BE or Btech Lead Generation & Sales

· Candidate should have knowledge of the products like refrigerator,chiller,air conditioning,compressed air system,desiccate technology.

Attend sales enquiry calls, mails and respond to the customer within the set timelines

· Interact with the customer and understand the need of the customer

· Provide the details and product specifications to the customer

· Interact with Sales & Marketing department and Technical department on the customer enquires

· Assign the enquiry to the concerned department for working on details required for preparing the proposal and update the system with the regular status updates

· Negotiate and finalize the order with the Commercial terms and conditions

· Prepare the proposal as per the customer requirement after discussion with the Sales & Marketing department and Technical department

· Update the CRM with the proposals sent and proposals pending

· Follow-up with the customer for closure on the proposals sent

· Liaison with respective regional/ territorial sales engineers on leads status and enquiry generation

· Generate report on historical sales for consumables replacement (elements and spares)

Order Processing

· Prepare order acceptance to the customer

· Send order acceptance to the customer

· Coordinate with the customer if any amendments in the purchase order

· Process the Vendor registration, Bank guarantee and Tender documentation

· Prepare and send Performa Invoices to the customer

Sales Support

· Interact with Sales Engineers for customer details, proposals follow-up and payment follow-up

· Coordinate with Dispatch, Service, Stores, Purchase & Production departments to provide excellent customer service

· Process vouchers of the Sales team for local conveyance

· Follow-up with the customer on pending payments

· Develop new customers as per the references from the Manager & send Introduction letter and the product catalogues

· Interact with the customer to get the Customer Feedback

Job Specification

Graduate in Engineering with around 3- 5 years of experience in customer service and sales support
Must be good in English, Hindi and, regional local language
