Responsibilities: Client Relationship II Lead Generation II Sales • Present and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule ● Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with sales and consulting aptitude, ● Experience of 2-5 years in sales/pre-sales/client onboarding/counseling/customer success management ● Good analytical and communication skills (English). ● Male candidates only. ● Quick learning ability, adaptability to changing business needs ● Willingness to challenge the status quo and achieve business results. Responsibilities:-  Tele Consult incoming Buyers and help them throughout with their property search  Attending inbound requests and queries on the selected units, scheduling/confirming sitevisits with trained team members from dedicated teams for site visits.  Understanding the requirements of the buyer, updating all details in the portal, suggesting best options, collecting feedback, reasons of rejection, educating the buyer on facts and RE appreciations, driving a buyer to a decision.  Moderating the negotiation or forwarding the interested buyer profiles to a team of experts negotiations and settlements.
