Job Title: Sales Engineer ( Sales Division) Experience: 2 – 4 Years Department: Sales Education: Preferably Diploma ECE/EEE/CSE or regular graduate degree Report to: Regional Sales Manager Salary: 3.0-5.0 Per Annum Location: Bangalore Purpose: To deliver Sales as per targets, to grow as successful salesperson and develop future leadership quality and enhance sales skills, with the focus on customer delight. Responsibilities: • Experience in technology sales (CCTV Home Automation, BMS, , IOT, Connected led lighting) • Worked with any Dealers/Channels/Distributors for CCTV Product. • Attend field meetings punctually and regularly as per the Customer requirement: • Must ensure long term relationship with all customers continuously through personal meetings and assist them with required services • Generating prospects and closing the sales through site visits to prospects • Willingness to travel to remote locations • Able to work independently as well as in team Shortlisting Criteria: • Daily reporting • Should have Two-Wheeler • Should have decent communication skill (English & Other Local Languages) • Should have a positive attitude and ability to think on feet Job Title: Sales Engineer ( Sales Division) Location: Bangalore ,Karnataka Salary: 3.0-5.0 Per Annum Benefits: Mediclaim, Stable Company, Career growth, Fun & professional Environment DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Planning & Meeting Order Booking related targets: Plan your sales work on a daily basis, provide feedback to the supervisor. Monitor enquiries & Plan out how to convert them into orders. Develop & implement sales strategies to win jobs. Meet Order booking related targets 2) Order Closure: Push the live enquiries to closure with follow up with customer and internal team. Participate in negotiation meetings and close the orders. Decide payment terms and scope of work and get approved the same from the customer. Plan and Discuss the case-specific sales strategy with management as and when required 3) Order Forecasting: Forecast order booking for every month, regularly monitor the funnel size and health. 4) EMS & Customer Data Bank: Ensure Enquiry Management System updates and Reporting. Participate in sales reviews. Update Customer Data Bank. 5) Prospective Customer Visits: Meet prospective customers, Understanding requirements, Evaluate options for solutions and enable development of solutions as per customer needs. Make Effective Presentation. 6) OEM relations: Work closely with OEMs and co-ordinate w.r.t. leads generation, development of key accounts to have big sales impact. Weekly meeting with OEM person; keep track of leads and enquiry details; participate in weekly reviews. Provide inputs for monthly review. 7) Consultant Meetings: Meet consultants to generate leads. Establish / maintain good rapport with key consultants. Develop a pool of consultants through regular and frequent meetings. Provide all required inputs, coordination required for their cases and ensure these cases are converted into orders. 8) Market and competition Information: Share trends in market with Seniors and ESD team. Know features and drawbacks of other systems available in the market. Trends would include product, technology and solutions other market players are offering in the market. 9) Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational processes internally & externally. Internal – regular reviews, team management, team targets, appraisals and assessment.
