As a Sales Assistant, Responsibilities of candidates include: • Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) • Monitor inventory levels, order new items and match the stock on delivery • Strive for high customer review ratings! • Answer questions about products and services • Assist with inventory management • Demo and explain products and services to customers • Stack and display goods for sale • Accept payments and record sales using cash registers
