About the Role: A Social Media Graphic Designer crafts high-quality graphic content and posts it on all the company's social media profiles. Your job will be to employ your graphic design and programming skills to create compelling posts, pages, and applications that drive traffic and boost conversions. Role & Responsibilities -Design and publish compelling, consistent creative assets for all digital platforms (online store/display ads/mobile/blog/SM graphics) that reflect the brand and lifestyle, and drive online engagement and sales -Ensure that all graphics are developed, delivered, and published on time across all digital platforms. -Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas -Work towards doing things uniquely with available guidance for various brands & themes -Taking ownership of projects assigned -Work and communicate closely with Graphic Design team members and other key teams. -Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests. Ideal Candidate -2-4 years of experience in the domain -Proficient in Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier. (After effects are Plus) -Strong knowledge of typography, alignment, placement, and colors. -Strong design skills and premium brand sensibility -Good communication and presentation skills. -Ability to balance workload & priorities staying organized and flexible, and work quickly in a fast-paced environment. -Creativity with the ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency for pending deadlines -Self-motivated, able to work independently with a strong point-of-view.
