Senior Manager - Ad Sales


Qualification

● 2+ years of B2B sales experience

● MBA from a premium institute

● Experience managing internal and external relationships

● Experience building new customer relationships

● Experience in business development working with digital first advertisers and media agencies

● Experience in advertising sales, account management and client services 


Your Role 

● Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for your set of advertisers

● Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level within your set of advertisers you manage.

● Lead education and enablement across key advertisers functions & businesses.

● Deepen customer relationship and maximize penetration

● Identify opportunities for Partnerships, collaboration around large-scale creative solutions – including proactive engagement with creative solutioning.


What We’re Looking For

● Display a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers, and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Zepto teams. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent & simplify.

● A strong knowledge of programmatic display, search, and ecommerce will be beneficial. Candidates will be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Zepto advertising ambitious growth paths
