A person who has experience in Installation and Configuration of Servers/Storage belonging to either Lenovo/Dell/HP 2. A Person willing to travel to different customer locations to carry out the service 3. A Person willing to learn new technologies and prepared to become an Subject Matter Expert. 4. A Person who has experience on doing RAID configuration on Servers/Storage 5. A person who can replace spares in Servers/Storage like for e.g motherboard, raid controller, Hard Disks Memory B. Certifications: Certifications on either of the following is preferred and has an added weightage 1. Hardware and Networking Certification 2. Certification on Servers and Storage from either of the following OEM like Lenovo/Dell/HP 3. Vmware Certified Professional (VCP)- Would be an added advantage 4. Installation of vSphere or configuring vSAN would be an added advantage C. Experience: 2 to 3 years Products that you would be working on: 1. Lenovo Servers and Storage 2. Dell Servers and Storage 3. HP Servers and Storage Responsibilities: Your day-to-day activities and responsibilities are defined as below What you would do: 1. Deploy Tools and run them to analyze the problems in the Servers/Storage 2. Carry out Racking and Stacking of the Servers/Storage 3. Carry out spare replacements in Servers/Storage 4. Install Windows Operating Systems 5. Participate in Discussions with the customer jointly with the Business team and provide necessary clarifications 6. Install and configure VMware vSphere
