Responsibilities of candidate include: • CRM activities_Coordinating with CRM service provider and make the CRM more user friendly. • Coordinating with regional Service Coordinators / Service Managers and Sales team for smooth operation. • Speaking to customers, getting their feedback more often and improving customer experiences. • Providing Management reports/data whenever required. • Sharing of Monthly service call summary to Top 20 customers to have strong relationship with customers. • Identifying and arranging of Critical spare parts from our suppliers. • Strengthening of inventory management and timely support to the team.
