Summary:
As a Service Management Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of various programs, projects, or managed services by ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication among all involved parties. This role requires managing contracts and facilitating shared service coordination to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors is essential to foster commitment and drive the strategic agenda forward. The position demands proactive engagement to ensure that all aspects of service delivery are progressing efficiently and any challenges are addressed promptly to maintain service excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of service management processes and practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage and resolve incidents.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks and best practices.
- Competence in using service management tools and software to track and report incidents.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
