SQUAD HEAD – BRANCH EFFORT ELASTIC BUSINESS

 Job Description:

 

• Deliver the targeted Branch Effort elastic disbursement.
• continuous process improvement
• New product initiatives
• Performance management
• Brand performance
• Drive employee effort elastic productivity through constant monitoring, providing timely inputs to ZM/RM on gaps in efforts of the employees. 
• Manage the program managers of NCA/Win back/Add-on effectively to ensure that the business lever achieves their set disbursement objectives on a sustained basis
• Run campaigns to drive employee productivity in the branches
• Responsible for growth in active customer base of the branches and SBU South. 
• Portfolio Management , Brand and Product Management 

 

Eligibility: -

 

• A candidate who is currently working as ARM / RM   with a Minimum of 2 years of experience in the above Grades.
• The candidate should possess good communication skills in the local language. Required Computer, excel, analytical mind, Power point presentation, data management and Liaison skills.
• PSC is 50% and above
• There are no Major disciplinary issues.

Indebtedness should be less than 70%.
