We are looking for the Sr. IT recruiter who is responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and handling the end to end recruitment process by hiring the professionals to fill required positions. The Sr. IT recruiter will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications. This entails sourcing and screening of the candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiation, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Develop recruitment goals and objectives. 2. End to End recruitment process to reach right candidates. 3. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs. 4. Source passive candidates. 5. Search resume databases for the most fit candidates. 6. Communicate with Hiring Managers.
