Job Description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Perform all duties within the company policies. 2. Implement policy and procedures across the Home Health Care Branches2.. 3. Assessing the client at their location. 4. Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports. 5. Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrolment of Caregivers/Nurses. 6. Employ financial acumen in budgeting and expenditure of the branch. 7. Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols defined by the company. 8. Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders of the products and consumables of sales and rental. 9. Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits. 10. Resolving the concerns of the Client and Caregivers. 11. Evaluate the Caregiver or Nurse's care delivery periodically. 12. Periodic visits to the client's place.
