1.Managing the entire work flow of the Survey Programming Team- Scheduling of work. 2.Time management. 3.Creating schedule of the work. 4.Delivery of work based on timeline given to client. 5.Collects, analyze, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports. 6.Creating Training decks/manual. 7.Training new people on the different complexity survey's which includes SP team members. 8.Creating library of training Surveys. 9.Updating & sharing the information of new programming procedures & system with team. 10.Coverage Schedule. 11.Planning for weekend coverage(s) - Ensure resource availability & resource allocation. 12.Informing clients about the holidays & planning for coverage if needed. 13.Maintaining the track of team members who has worked on which coverage on monthly/weekly basis. 14.Creating library of old work at the centralized location. 15.Monitor the project progress, handle complex projects and handle any issues that arises. 16.Act as the point of contact for clients and communicate project status to all participants. 17.Working on the advancement of new areas of work like templates. 18.Provide ideas what can be automated and customized to avoid wastage of time. 19.Develop thought leadership: Serve clients’ requests on complex survey projects – including, where needed, the drafting of client learning needs into thoughtful questionnaire/design and advising the visualization of results. 20.Channelize the communication system within the team and with other stakeholders. 21.Work on the risk management practices to minimize project risks. 22.Contribute to the development of the practice through collateral demonstrating thought leadership and develop scalable solutions to address business problems. 23.Must act as a subject matter expert, particularly in team engagement, stakeholder management, and project management. 24.Should have extensive Tool Experience on NEBU, DECIPHER & Qualtrics
