ﾷ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across all product lines

ﾷ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth and retention

ﾷ Specialize in re-engaging and converting digital drop-off leads from the contact center who abandoned their purchase journey

Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence

ﾷ Oversee the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and proactive service delivery

ﾷ Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback mechanisms to ensure high levels of client retention

ﾷ Resolve complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty
