Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client-specific requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and ensure clarity in requirements gathering and solution delivery.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.
