*Roles & responsiblities* 1) The candidates are required to fulfil the criteria of skills mentioned in the JD, including the knowledge of HTML, CSS & SQL Query Language. Even one year of experience in HTML, CSS, and SQL works 2) The tech support agent is expected to answer the queries, over call or through chat, that are coming up from the examinees attending examinations. 3) The agents are expected to answer the queries of the examinees based on the training and best practices informed to them.. 4) The Tech support agent is expected to be active on the said timings as conveyed to him by Awign Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (AEPL) upon confirmation of the internship. 5) Our client is looking for L1 Support who can work on a full-time basis for 5 days per week. The 5 days per week are not fixed, and the Support agents will be required to work as per the roster 6) They will be working majorly in the night shift for tentatively 10-10.5 hours, and you are looking for candidates based out of Bangalore as they will be required to work out of the office post lockdown 7) There will be a one-month training period, this will be on-job training and they will be paid during that period.
