The Role:

We’re seeking a Technical Data Architect / Senior Data Engineering Manager who has:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and architecture
• Led and mentored teams of 5–10+ engineers
• Acted as a primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and shaping solutions
• Built and optimized modern data stacks using:

• Snowflake

• Apache Airflow

• Python & SQL

• Fivetran or similar ELT tools

This is a strategic role requiring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a consultative mindset.

• Architect and implement scalable, reliable data platforms
• Lead data engineers across multiple projects and guide delivery
• Serve as the bridge between engineering and client stakeholders
• Drive best practices around data modeling, orchestration, and pipeline design
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture
