BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who can join our team who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. Your KRAs will include the following:  Writing and posting technical job descriptions.  Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.  Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.  Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.  Source the right fit using various sources such as databases, recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals.  Analyse employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings.  Should have specialized skills and qualifications to scan IT resumes YOU SHOULD POSSESS:  Proven 2-3 years work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation.  Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field BUZZING LIFE IN NEOKRED: We at Neokred believe in teamwork with a clear chain of command.
