Job Description: e-commerce Business As a technical support engineer, you will be providing support to customers, shops and delivery partners, using our software products (App & web), in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing technical issues in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges. Essential Functions: • Front & Backend technical support for the Android App & Website. • Implementation of software in Shops (within Bangalore only) • Constantly support for smooth functioning of Android Apps, Websites • Create Master data products and upload in software. • Adopting new technologies/tools to improve the Android Apps, Websites • Knowledge in designing banners, posters, Advertising, promotional offer pages etc., • Knowledge in digital marketing via social medias. • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, understanding & implementing better ideas. • Freedom to implement new and better ideas/technologies to upscale the software. • Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment. Flexible to work in any time and weekends long term if required. This may change as per business needs. • Resolve customers/delivery partners issues via the telephone, email, or chat bot. • Job will be in Resident office at Bangalore.
