This role requires coordinating with various sponsors and teams to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The individual actively drives the success and profitability of projects by maintaining high standards of service quality and controlling costs. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, while continuously monitoring project milestones and outcomes to ensure timely completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of technology delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within technology projects.
