Job Description
Department: Telesales We are looking for : * Bachelor’s or Masters in any field ( Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cities ) * Prior Experience In Banking and Non Banking and Insurance and Card Sales or any Financial Services. * Good Communication Skills * Good Negotiation Skills * Proficiency in Ms-office * Maintain regular and reliable work attendance * Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts * Answer questions about products or the company * Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales * Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed * Enter and update customer information in the database * Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Requirements: * Proven experience as telesales and Field Work and Area Sales and Business Development or other sales. * Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone and Field. * Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems * Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects * Excellent knowledge of Hindi & English, multi linguistic will be added benefit * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Location: Bengaluru
