Job Description Candidate will work towards customer satisfaction, working alongside the CRM Individual members and managers to ensure assigned tickets are responded with in the stipulated timeline. Core Responsibilities • Build high quality relationship with customers by actively listening and responding appropriately to Queries, Concern and Request • To ensure customer filing – Retrieved and handed over is managed well, documentation of every interaction through recorded systems for future reference. • Manage escalations with concerned and ensure the matter is closed loop in best interest of business. • Prepare Individual reports, Case study for unique cases and seek intervention from reporting manager. • Preparing Allotment Letters, Demand notes, Receipts, Agreement/Sale Deed Execution. • Assist CRM team in payment collection. • Coordinate with various internal departments for processing customer agreement & ensure all the documentation is kept ready based on the process & procedures. • Maintaining customer date base & preparing required weekly & monthly reports. What are we looking for?(Specific Skill Set) • Language proficiency – English (Good email Etiquette and sentence construction). • Should be empathetic, responsible and must be go getter to resolve customer queries or complaints. • Past experience from Real estate (Commercial) - CRM • Thorough knowledge on all 4 verticals in CRM, Sales and post-handover process. • Should be technically sound on Applications, systems and Processes. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer facing and problem handling roles.
